I’m studying the guide Give and Take: Why Serving to Others Drives Our Success by Adam Grant. The guide explains three types of interpersonal dealing: taking, matching, and giving. Givers are people who give greater than they take. Matchers are people who try to give and take proportionally and conditionally. Takers are people who take more than they give. Givers are primarily different-centered. Matchers are other-centered in order to get what they want, meaning I am going to assist you to after I assume you will assist me. Takers are those who are primarily self-centered. Great article! Tons of priceless information to get individuals going. My daughter not too long ago grew to become a Young Living Important Oil Consultant and he or she loves it to this point. Her sons have autism and the oils work great to help calm them down and also she rubs some on the belly of the one who has gastrointestinal problems and it helps him so much! My daughter made an superior explanatory video about two of the start up kits. One was 160.00 and the opposite was 200 and something. I can see the difference in my daughter and my grandson who each smile much more. Thanks for sharing.
